I decided to search online to see if there is any website will allow me to sell the old clothes. And I found few: POSHMARK, THREADFLIP, VINTED, TWICE, THREDUP,and etc. Out of all those 5, I love POSHMARK a lot.
POSHMARK and VINTED have same way of business, you update your own picture, charge your own price and mail the item out by yourself with paid postage.
THREADFLIP, TWICE and THREDUP are more like you send the items you want to sell to them (they pay for the shipping), and they do the whole work for you (take pictures, put online, write descriptions, name the price, etc.) You get 60-80% of the sale, but the price can be really cheap. A $100 wroth of jean might only end up $10 in your pocket which is stupid. However, the good point is that if you have any items that you can't sell out, you can just send to them and let them worry about it.
I am not trying to make my money back on this unless the items are new! I just want to make some money back and it's better than just give away for free! I love to do this. It's fun and it makes money as well!! Girls should all try this!!
